Children (and parents!) attending this Saturday workshop better bring their appetites…crab cakes with mango salsa are on the menu! Chef Liz will be guiding kids through each step of the process: From preparing and cooking the patty, creating the mango salsa garnish, and plating the finished dish. Yum!
