Kids attending this weekend workshop should make sure to pack their appetites! CMEE’s resident culinary maestro, Chef Alan, will be teaching everyone how to make fresh ravioli. From making the dough and filling to pressing the pasta, attendees will get to experience first-hand the work that goes into creating this incredibly popular dish.
