Baby & Me

“Baby & Me” is a program designed specifically for parents of infants. Moms, dads, and caregivers have the opportunity to meet other parents with children the same age. During the sessions, led by CMEE Educator Leah Oppenheimer, they can hear the latest news about early childhood parenting, discuss developmental milestones, sing to their babies and participate in a variety of playful activities. For parents and their children age 2 to 16 months. Cost: Free for members, $10 for non-members

Wednesday, April 15th

CMEE in the Studio
3:30pm – 4:30pm

“CMEE in the Studio,” is a new art class developed especially for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Meeting on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, “CMEE in the Studio” will provide children and their caregivers an opportunity to play, explore and create art projects using a variety of media. Designed to foster creativity, literacy, fine motor skills, and decision-making skills, the class runs from April 1 to June 3. Space is limited. Saturday, April 18th

3rd Annual Egg Drop
9:30am – 10:30am (Workshops), 11am – noon (Egg Drop)

Please join us for our Annual Egg Drop Challenge! Now in its 3rd year, the challenge invites kids of all ages to design and construct containers that will (hopefully) keep an egg from breaking when dropped from the top of CMEE’s pirate ship. We supply the building materials, you bring the imagination…everyone enjoys the show! Ages: Kids of all ages. Cost: $2 for members, $14 for non-members. Space is limited and this event will sell out. Lego Club at CMEE
10:00am – noon

Join CMEE every Sunday any time between 10am and noon for Lego Club at the museum! We’re excited to share our love of all things Lego with CMEE visitors and encourage children to create original designs. Kids can leave their works-in-progress and plan future sessions with the staff. Ages: Children of all ages. Cost:Free for members, $10 for non-members (includes admission to the Museum).
