Baby & Me

“Baby & Me” is a program designed specifically for parents of infants. Moms, dads, and caregivers have the opportunity to meet other parents with children the same age. During the sessions, led by CMEE Educator Leah Oppenheimer, they can hear the latest news about early childhood parenting, discuss developmental milestones, sing to their babies and participate in a variety of playful activities. Wednesday, February 4th

CMEE in the Studio – SOLD OUT
3:30pm – 4:30pm

“CMEE in the Studio,” is a new art class developed especially for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Meeting on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, “CMEE in the Studio” will provide children and their caregivers an opportunity to play, explore and create art projects using a variety of media. Designed to foster creativity, literacy, fine motor skills, and decision-making skills, the class runs from January 14 to March 25.

Friday, February 6th

Pizza & Pajama Night – “Nighty Night, Little Green Monster”
6:00pm – 7:30pm

The first Friday of every month is Pizza & Pajama Night at CMEE! In addition to pizza time and open play in the Museum, kids attending this month will learn that bedtime doesn’t have to be scary with an interactive read aloud of Ed Emberley’s “Nighty Night, Little Green Monster.” Afterwards, they’ll make their own “squish monsters” using paint and collage techniques. Saturday, February 7th

CMEE Play! In The Kitchen – Homemade Scones
10:00am – 10:45am

The CMEE Bakery is open for business! Kids in this family workshop will knead, roll, brush and butter as they learn how to make scones from scratch using a few simple ingredients and a variety of fresh fruit. Cronuts are so last year. Ages: Parents with children ages 3 – 6. Cost: $10 for members, $22 for non-members (includes admission to the Museum). Space is limited. Sunday, February 8th

Lego Club at CMEE
10:00am – noon

Join CMEE every Sunday any time between 10am and noon for Lego Club at the museum! We’re excited to share our love of all things Lego with CMEE visitors and encourage children to create original designs. Kids can leave their works-in-progress and plan future sessions with the staff. Ages: Children of all ages. Cost:Free for members, $10 for non-members (includes admission to the Museum).
