Monday, May 12th – Sunday, May 18th

Sunday, May 18th

10:30am – 11:15am

Please Note: This workshop has been rescheduled from its original date of Saturday, May 17th.

If you’ve been to the museum lately, you may have noticed that our entryway has turned into a green house! Over 750 seedlings are waiting to be moved to their permanent home in our community garden and you can help. In this workshop, parents and children are invited to help us get the planting party started. As they join CMEE Educator Alejandra Hobson in the garden, they’ll learn about the life cycle of plants, the East End’s agricultural heritage, and the basics of tending a garden. Ages: 2 – 6 years. Cost: FREE!

10:00am – noon

Join CMEE every Sunday from 10am – noon for Lego Club at the museum! We’re excited to share our love of all things Lego with CMEE visitors and encourage children to create original designs. Kids can leave their works-in-progress and plan future sessions with the staff. Ages: Children of all ages. Cost: Free.
