This spring, families are invited to join us for a kid-friendly yoga-style playgroup led by Peaceful Planet Yoga‘s Kristin Davey. Through animated games and songs, kids will enhance their listening, concentration, and cooperation skills while developing coordination, balance, and verbal abilities. Playful props such as scarves, pom-poms, yoga blocks and bells are incorporated to explore yoga poses in fun, challenging, and accessible ways. Each class ends with breath-work, simple meditations and savasana.
Dates/Time: April 21st – June 2nd @ 9:30am – 10:15am (Fridays)
Ages: Walkers to 3 years
Cost (6-week series): $90 for Museum Members, $110 for non-members
