December 2013 – Letter from the Director

Dear Friends,

What an exciting year for CMEE!  Looking back at 2013, we welcomed almost 60,000 visitors, increased our educational programming and community partnerships, and have planned fantastic updates to the Museum.

Next month, CMEE is planning to begin work on a new “putt-putt” course, which will be located on the Museum’s grounds!

Kate Tempesta’s Urban Golf Academy

Ciencia en CMEE

Kids 4 Kids Program

Children visiting CMEE have a unique opportunity to make abstract art using digital technology in our lighthouse! Using software called VoicePainter created by VisiSounds Technologies, kids can create digital paintings using their voices from July 15 through September 16. The VoicePaintings will be exhibited at the Museum and on CMEE.org in September and copies will be sent to pediatric patients
