During this month’s In The Kitchen family cooking workshop, we’re learning how to make the incredibly tasty—and incredibly healthy—Middle Eastern staple…hummus! Kids (and parents!) will mash chickpeas, add a combination of tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil, and finally enjoy their hard work with veggies and warm pita. Yum!
Ages: Parents and caregivers with children 3 – 7 years
Cost: $7 for Museum Members, $20 for non-members (cost includes Museum admission)
