In The Kitchen: Pajeon (Green Onion Pancakes) – Saturday, February 17th @ 10am – 10:45am

With the Winter Olympics set for PyeongChang this year, we’re dedicating February’s “In The Kitchen” to one of our favorite Korean dishes…pajeon! During the morning workshop, kids will learn how to take just a few simple ingredients— eggs, wheat flour, rice flour and scallions—and turn them into a lightly fried treat, perfect for snacking on while they watch their favorite athletes go for the gold.

Ages: Parents and caregivers with children ages 3 to 6 years
Cost: $5 per child for Museum Members, $17 per child for non-members (includes admission to the Museum)
