Healthy Mommas, Healthy Babies: Essential Oil Making Workshop

This will be an experiential class, as we will be smelling and learning about exactly how to use the oils (it’s easy!) with plenty of time for questions.  We will also be creating a blend for moms (or dads!) specifically that will support both increased energy to allow us to care for our young ones, as well as to release and calm any anxiety or overwhelm we may be experiencing during this often demanding time.
