Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of large-scale fundraising events

Conduct research on prospective donors, sponsors, corporate partners, and institutional funders

Assist with donor stewardship by managing acknowledgement letters and maintaining accurate records in CMEE’s database

Contribute to event marketing efforts by helping inform strategy and developing marketing materials as needed

Coordinate solicitation of silent auction items and manage post-event correspondence with auction winners

Qualifications 

Organized and dependable, with high attention to detail

Positive, fun-loving attitude, and a strong desire to learn about fundraising

Responsible and eager to take initiative

Excellent phone etiquette

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, experience with Canva a plus.

High level of professionalism, be on time, meet deadlines, and follow-through

Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and adaptability
