This role focuses on creating a nurturing, hands-on learning environment where young children can explore, create, and develop foundational skills through play-based experiences.

The Lead Educator will plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons, manage classroom routines, and lead assistants and counselors to ensure each class runs smoothly and safely. We are seeking warm, patient, and enthusiastic Camp Counselors to work with our youngest campers, ages 2–3. Counselors will provide a safe, nurturing, and playful environment that supports early socialization, exploration, and development.
