Counselors will create a safe, engaging, and fun environment while leading age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and developmental growth. The Visitor Services Assistant is often the first point of contact for families visiting CMEE and plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging museum experience for every guest. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this position supports daily museum operations including admissions, memberships, visitor engagement, and front desk support.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, organized, and enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Visitor Services Assistants may also support special events, birthday parties, and programs as needed.
